[Usage Example] Comparison of Setup between Conventional Machines and NKSPFF

We will introduce an example of reducing the setup work for molten metal treatment with a flux feeder by half!

We would like to introduce a case comparing the setup work between conventional machines and the "NKSPFF" at our company. In the setup work with conventional machines, it was necessary to transport the main unit and inert gas cylinders close to the furnace and connect the power supply. After the introduction, the setup time was reduced to 10 minutes, halving the setup work required for molten metal processing with the flux feeder. 【Setup Work】 ■Before (20 minutes) ・Transporting the main unit to the front of the furnace: 5 minutes ・Transporting the inert gas cylinder close to the furnace: 5 minutes ・Connecting the power supply: 2-5 minutes ・Preparing the molten metal processing tools and bucket: 5 minutes ■After (10 minutes) ・Transporting the main unit to the front of the furnace: 5 minutes ・Preparing the molten metal processing tools and bucket: 5 minutes *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
